Most Anticipated Book Releases [1]

How are you today? Oh, I almost forgot – Happy Friday! Do you have any plans for the weekend? It’s the orthodox Easter this weekend so I’m going to colour eggs and play board games with some friends.

I get overly excited when some of my favourite authors announce they’re releasing new books so I wanted to share with you some titles I honestly can’t wait anymore to read!

Unbury Carol – Josh Malerman

Publication Date: 10th of April 2018

Josh Malerman has become one of my all time favourite authors when I read Bird Box a couple of years ago and completely fell in love with it. His books are so suspenseful, mysterious and spooky that if you are a fan of the genre, then you’ll definitely enjoy everything he writes.

Be prepared – Vera Brosgol

Publication Date: 24th of April 2018

Anya’s ghost was my first book I read by Vera and it caught me by surprise! I really didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did because it’s simply a cute ghost story turned wrong. Her new book is all about summer, camps and the struggle to fit in. Just one simple twist – it’s not the posh American summer camps we’ve all heard about, no. It’s Russian summer camp!

From Twinkle, with love – Sandhya Menon

Publication Date: 22nd of May 2018

Sandhya knows how to write cute romantic stories that leave you craving for more! I have no doubts that her new book, just like When Dimple met Rishi, will be full of cute awkwardness, silly conversations and fluffy romance. I honestly can’t wait for this perfect summer read!

Love & Luck – Jenna Evans Welch

Publication Date: 8th of May 2018

Love & Luck is a companion novel to her first novel Love & Gelato which I read last summer and absolutely adored! It was the perfect summer contemporary book which literally transported me to Italy, making me eat tons of pizza, pasta and gelato. The new book will follow the adventures of Lina’s best friend in Ireland! I’ve never been there but I want to change that in the near future so this book will prepare me for my next adventure.

Amal Unbound – Aisha Saeed

Publication Date: 8th of May 2018

Amal Unbound is a book I randomly came across while looking for something else but it sparked my interest really quickly because it’s all about girl power in oppressed societies, the courage to follow your dreams and to never give up despite the circumstances. I love reading the stories of diverse characters and I’m more than sure I’ll enjoy Amal’s journey immensely.

What book are you most excited about?

Smiles and pandas,
